- Technical data needed to run the service, such as the time your profile was created and its verification status.
3. Why we process it, and our legal basis
- To create and verify your profile and provide the service — performance of a contract with you.
- To share your profile and documents with licensed EU recruitment agencies — your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
- To take payment and keep records required by law — legal obligation and performance of a contract.
4. Who we share it with
We share your profile and documents only with recruitment agencies you have consented to, and only those we consider licensed to operate in the EU. We also use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf (data processors):
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — secure database and file storage hosting.

5. How long we keep it
