These terms apply when you create a profile on ListMe. By submitting the form and paying the listing fee, you agree to them.
1. The service
ListMe lets you create a verified candidate profile that is made visible to licensed EU recruitment agencies. ListMe is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], registration number [REGISTRY CODE].
2. What you get
- A verified profile in the candidate list.
- Visibility to licensed EU recruitment agencies.
- A review of your documents by a real person.
- The ability to edit or delete your profile at any time.
3. What ListMe does not do
The listing fee does not buy, and we do not promise:
- a job offer, or that any agency will contact you;
- a visa, work permit or residence permit;
- help with travel, housing or relocation;
- legal or immigration advice.
4. The fee
Listing your profile costs a one-time fee of €0.99. There is no subscription and no commission — we never take a cut of your wages. Payment is processed by Stripe.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, truthful information and documents that are genuinely yours.
- Confirm you have, or are entitled to seek, the right to work you are applying for.
- Not upload unlawful, misleading or third-party content.
We may decline or remove a profile that breaks these rules, and we may remove any agency that asks you to pay them for a job.
6. Refunds
Because verification work begins as soon as you pay, the fee is generally non-refundable. If we are unable to verify or list your profile at all, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will consider a refund in line with applicable consumer law.
7. Deleting your profile
You can delete your profile at any time. This removes your profile and every copy we hold, and we notify agencies that downloaded it to delete their copy. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee employment outcomes or the conduct of third-party agencies. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fee you paid. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes are subject to the courts of [JURISDICTION], without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
